The RCMP Administrative Office is located at Unit 2 - 3021 Birds Hill Road in East St. Paul, MB. 

Please Note: Entrance to our building is not accessible from Birds Hill Rd. To visit our building, please drive down Camsell Avenue, then take the 2nd driveway entrance on your left (to the RM of East St. Paul parking lot).  See our Google Map

Upon entering the RM of East St. Paul building, please immediately turn left and walk down the hallway to RCMP. You will then be required to ring the doorbell to notify us of your presence. 

Criminal record checks are accepted in office Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 3:45pm.  (We close daily for 1 hour between the hours of 11:30 - 13:30. Please come prior to, or after the time listed)

Criteria for obtaining a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check

Applicants must reside in the jurisdiction of East St. Paul.

Identification is required:

  •  One government photo ID with your current address (such as a driver’s license); and 
  •  One other valid piece of ID

The fee is $10.00.  Only certified cheque or money order will be accepted.  Certified cheque or money order needs to be in the name of "Receiver General for Canada". The RCMP office does not accept Cash, Debit or Credit Cards.


Please note that if fingerprints are required, an additional fee will be required. Civil prints are no longer conducted at Red River North Detachment. Please contact the COMMISSIONAIRES directly for fingerprints at 204-942-5993.

Volunteers who provide a letter from the organization requesting the information will be exempt from the $10.00 fee. The letter should be on letterhead from the organization. The letter needs to indicate that a Criminal Record and/or Vulnerable Sector Check is required for an unpaid volunteer and must include an authorized signature.
