Noise Nuisance By-law 2016-04 provides standards for noise within the RM of East St. Paul.
Events and activities that violate this by-law may be exempted with a Noise Exemption Permit, including special events that feature amplified sound, such as the use of loud speakers.
To apply for a Noise Exemption Permit, please submit the following at least 21 days in advance of your event:
- Schedule A
- Schedule B
- $100 non-refundable payment (payable to The RM of East St. Paul)
Schedule A, Schedule B and your non-refundable payment may be mailed or dropped off at the RM of East St. Paul Administration Office, 1-3021 Birds Hill Road, East St. Paul, MB R2E 1A7.
