Notice of Change in Utility Rates
The Rural Municipality of East St. Paul applied to the Public Utilities Board for revised rates for the Water and Wastewater Utilities, as set out in By-laws No. 2024-09 and 2024-10, read the first time on June 16, 2024.
The Public Utilities Board approved the revised rates in Board Orders No. 123-25 and 124-25, as shown below. The rates effective October 1, 2025 will appear on Utility billings mailed at the beginning of January, 2026.
