SUMMER PROGRAMS (July & August 2026)
OUTDOOR YOGA
Join our outdoor yoga taking place on the grassy area of the Farmer's Market grounds. (In the event of rain, class will be held in the Banquet Hall inside the Arena). An active VINYASA yoga practice that consists of complex and creative yogic sequences. It is ideal for advancing your yoga practice, building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving cardiovascular health. This is not a relaxation class, and is also not recommended if you have mobility issues or injuries.
Please bring: Yoga mat and a water bottle.
Dates: Tuesday July 14 - August 25 (7 classes) NOTE: Class for Tuesday July 7 is CANCELLED

OUTDOOR ZUMBA & TONING
Join our outdoor Zumba class taking place on the grassy area of the Farmer's Market grounds. (In the event of rain, class will be held in the Banquet Hall inside the Arena). This is a fun workout that includes Zumba dance moves, while adding some weights for that extra burn in the second half of the class! Don't be turned away because of the weights -- these are optional, and you can still fully participate in the second half of the class without adding the weights.
Please bring: Yoga mat, outdoor shoes, appropriate workout attire, and a water bottle.
Dates: Monday August 10 - August 31 (4 classes)
Time: 7:00 - 8:00pm
