If you believe you will be unable to vote on Election Day or at one of the advance voting opportunities, you may be eligible to vote by sealed envelope.

You may qualify if you:

• Have a physical disability or illness that prevents you from attending a voting place;
• Are providing care to a person who cannot be left alone, or
• Expect to be absent from the municipality during the voting period.

To apply, please complete the Application to Vote by Sealed Envelope form and submit it to the Senior Election Official by:
