SUNDAY

PRE-SCHOOL DANCE

This dance class gives students the opportunity to explore creative body movement through ballet, jazz, and hip hop-based movements, while providing them with a fun, exciting and creative dance environment to learn in. Dancers will learn a performance dance throughout the 10-week program. 

Date: April 7 - June 9

Age:  4 - 6 yrs (maximum 10 children)

Time: 9:00 - 9:45 am

Length of Class: 45 minutes/class

Location: Banquet Hall (2nd floor Arena at 266 Hoddinott Road)

Instructor: Shauna Jurczak (Owner & Director of Maples Academy of Dance)

YOUTH DANCE

This dance class gives dancers a unique combination of everything, exploring skills and choreography in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and even Acro dance, all while learning in a fun, exciting and supportive dance environment. Dancers will learn a performance dance throughout the 10-week program.

Date: April 7 - June 9

Age:  7 - 12 yrs (maximum 20 children)

Time: 10:00 - 10:45 am

Length of Class: 45 minutes/class

Location: Banquet Hall (2nd floor Arena at 266 Hoddinott Road)

Maples Academy of Dance would like to extend the opportunity for participants in the program to perform in our annual dance recital, SHINE, on June 15, 2024 at the Seven Oaks Performing Arts Centre. 

Registered East St. Paul dancers will receive the following:

• Performance opportunity as part of our annual recital
• One complimentary ticket for themselves to watch the show after they have finished performing
• One complimentary ticket for a parent/guardian to watch with them

How to Register for Pre-school or Youth Dance

1. Complete the Child & Youth Registration form HERE

2. Watch for the auto-response email confirming your registration

3. Once we have met the minimum number of participants to move forward with the class, you will be sent an email to send payment. Payment is due BEFORE the first class.

How to pay for Pre-school or Youth Dance

Wait for an email requesting payment. Then, choose from the payment options below:

1.  E-transfer to: recreation@eaststpaul.com   Use the password:  RECREATION

2. In-person: Cash, debit or cheque to our Operations Dept located at 2801 Gateway Rd in East St Paul. The Operations Dept is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. (Note: We are closed on Stat Holidays). Cheques can be made out to 'RM of East St Paul'

3. After hours: If you would like to pay after hours, please deposit your cheque into the grey metal drop box outside the front door of 2801 Gateway Rd. Do not leave cash.

WEDNESDAY

SPORTBALL MANITOBA

Multi-Sport classes keep children moving and engaged and send them home with new skills from a different sport each class. These well-rounded classes provide an amazing foundation for a lifetime of active living bundling soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, volleyball, golf and tennis into one comprehensive package. That's eight sports per season for one registration!

Date: April 24 - June 26

Age: 6 - 7 yrs & 8 - 10 yrs

THURSDAY

MARTIAL ARTS - Tukong Martial Arts Special Forces Training 

 Tukong is special because we incorporate gymnastics in our lessons. This is great for students to develop strength, balance, confidence and conditioning. Stretching, boxing, kicking and patterns included in a one hour, high quality class. Lessons taught by father and two sons with many combined years of experience.
