East St. Paul Canada Day Super Run set for July 1 – don’t miss it!

If you can hear the pitter-patter of little and big feet running around the municipality, it’s likely because people are training for the second annual East St. Paul Canada Day Super Run.

The 5K and 10K run, which also includes a 3K family walk, gets underway at 9 am on Canada Day.

Organizer Dave Lipchen says advance registration can be done online through Registration Logic. Click here to register.

Runners start at the East St. Paul Arena at 264 Hoddinott Road.

When you’ve finished your run, you’ll be treated to a pancake breakfast sponsored by the East St. Paul Chamber of Commerce.

Lipchen says the run has a group of "awesome sponsors” who’ve donated all kinds of prizes for the second annual event. Prizes will be given out for different age groups.

The run is an official Canada 150 event and there will be cool race swag for all runners.

Though walk-up registrations will be accepted between 7 am and 8 am, Lipchen encourages everyone to pre-register online, as only those pre-registered will receive an official time.

The East St. Paul Canada Day Super Run is sanctioned by the Manitoba Runner’s Association.

For more information contact Lipchen at 204-250-5107.

Registration Fees:
$40/family (includes 2 adults and up to 4 children)
